Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional duties in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and on-site supervisors
- Maintain accurate daily logs and docDeliver compassionate, safe and high-quality nursing care to residents
- Assess residents' health needs and monitor their ongoing condition
- Develop, implement and regularly review individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical procedures
- Recognise changes in residents' health and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical notes, records and documentation
- Support residents with their health, wellbeing and daily care needs
- Work collaboratively with care workers, medical professionals and allied health teams
- Build respectful and professional relationships with residents and their families
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and respectful environment
- Follow applicable clinical, aged care, health and safety requirements
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative workplace cultureumentation
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in the role
- Good English communication skillsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian experience as a Registered Nurse
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Valid Australian working rights
- Current Police Check
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Genuine willingness to relocate to regional NSW
- Commitment to living and working in the regional NSW area
- Ability to commit to a minimum 2-year contract
