Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts for female, male and junior clients
- Complete professional colouring services including foils, balayage, toning and root applications
- Perform blow-drying, styling and finishing services
- Provide hair washing, conditioning and treatment services
- Consult with clients to identify their preferred styles and haircare requirements
- Recommend suitable colours, styles and treatments based on individual client needs
- Create a professional and welcoming experience for every client
- Maintain strong client relationships through quality service and communication
- Recommend and assist with the sale of professional haircare products
- Maintain clean, hygienic and well-organised work areas
- Ensure salon standards and professional procedures are consistently followed
- Support colleagues and contribute to smooth day-to-day salon operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional hairdressing experience
- Strong skills across cutting, colouring and styling
- Practical experience with foils, balayage, toning and root retouching
- Ability to confidently work with a diverse range of clients
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Must meet the applicable eligibility requirements for visa sponsorship
