Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional barbering services with consistent attention to quality
- Perform fades, clipper cuts, scissor cuts and modern styling
- Provide beard trims, grooming and shaving services
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable styles
- Deliver a personalised and professional client experience
- Develop genuine relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and workstation presentation
- Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of individual work
- Support a clean, organised and welcoming shop environment
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Stay informed about current barbering trends, techniques and products

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Barbering, Hairdressing or an equivalent recognised qualification
- At least two years of relevant professional barbering experience
- Demonstrated ability in fades, clipper work and scissor cutting
- Practical experience with beard grooming and shaving
- Knowledge of current barbering styles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional presentation and reliable work habits
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to establish positive, long-term client relationships
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to provide evidence of relevant qualifications
