Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, fades, trims, shaves and beard grooming
- Deliver styling services according to individual client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship on every service
- Provide friendly, professional and reliable customer service
- Develop positive relationships with new and returning clients
- Keep the barbering station clean, hygienic and organised
- Maintain and safely operate professional barbering tools and equipment
- Follow workplace hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Maintain professional presentation and conduct
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Valid passport
- Updated resume/CV
- Relevant barbering qualification certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional barbering experience
- Verifiable evidence of previous employment, including employment letters, contracts or payslips
- English language ability with a minimum score of 5
- Demonstrated practical barbering skills
- Genuine and verifiable identity and employment documentation
- Ability to meet full-time employment requirements in Western Australia
- Willingness to complete any required verification and recruitment checks
- Eligible candidates may be considered for sponsorship
