Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Carry out brake servicing, repairs and component replacement
- Perform suspension repairs, upgrades and maintenance
- Diagnose and rectify general mechanical faults
- Inspect vehicles and assess mechanical condition
- Identify repair requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Use workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain consistent quality and accuracy across all repairs
- Complete work in accordance with safety and workshop standards
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs
- Work effectively with colleagues to maintain workshop productivity
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of relevant motor mechanic experience
- Genuine hands-on experience in automotive servicing and repairs
- Employment history that can be verified
- Relevant automotive qualification or trade certification preferred
- Valid driver's licence
- Good customer communication skills
- Strong practical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to provide evidence supporting qualifications and employment experience
- Suitable candidates may be considered for sponsorship
