Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional duties in compliance with health and safety regulations
- CollaboratDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and employees
- Act as a key contact for clients regarding recruitment and workforce requirements
- Regularly attend client sites to understand staffing needs and maintain strong engagement
- Manage and prioritise high-volume recruitment requests
- Source, screen and coordinate suitable candidates for available positions
- Organise employee rosters according to client requirements
- Coordinate employee onboarding and commencement processes
- Maintain ongoing communication with casual employees
- Respond professionally to employee questions and workplace concerns
- Assist with payroll-related enquiries and workplace health and safety matters
- Support employee performance management and termination processes where required
- Identify workforce challenges and provide practical solutions
- Maintain accurate employee and client information
- Complete required administrative and recruitment documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver reliable recruitment services
- Promote a positive, respectful and professional workplace culturee effectively with team members and on-site supervisors
- Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in the role
- Good English communication skills
- Eligibility for relevant license or registrationPrevious experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management or a related customer-focused environment is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident dealing with clients, employees and other stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
